Exchange and return policy

1- Return requests are accepted within one day from the date of receipt, and two days for replacement requests from the date of receipt. 2- The product must be in its proper condition as it was when sent, making sure that the size tag and purchase invoice were not removed. 3- In the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be paid or deducted the shipping fees when purchasing an amount of 100 riyals from the amount paid for orders inside the Kingdom or the shipping value for international shipments. 4- In the event that the customer requests modification to the dress, such as closing an opening, narrowing, adding a lining, or any other form of modification, the matter is done under his responsibility, and the dress cannot be returned or replaced under any form after the modification. 5- The company has the right to refuse to receive the shipment or re-send it to the sending party (the customer) in the event that the above conditions are not met, and the customer has no right to object as long as these conditions are not met. 6- The refund amount is transferred within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the return or the difference in the exchange amount in the event that the alternative dress is less than the reference price.
